The place looks fancy but that it.The service was extremely WORSE that I have never experienced in other shop. No one replied me at Wechat. Even in the shop, I can't find any one to ask where is the room.The most funny thing was I paid a deposit in advance, after finished my event, no one returned my money. I need to ask them again and again. Then I got my money back. I told them they should improve their service, and their attitude was like don't care and no excuse.The entire experience was really bad. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Amazing computer cafe! You can tell this place has gone through a major renovation and literally everything they did was amazing! Perfect atmosphere, perfect staff, perfect layout, I felt like I was at home! The staff are very professional and helpful too.Computers have a 7th gen i7 and a GTX 1070. Very nice setup!

Computers wouldn't run Warzone (crashes on startup). Also, perhaps we were just unlucky in this regard, but half of my group had headphones with no mics/mics that were so quiet that it was impossible to hear them, and even the good ones were still pretty quiet (I maxed out their volume). My headphones were also non-adjustable and didn't sit very well. I was a bit surprised to not see a local teamspeak server we could use. Otherwise it was pretty good; the computers ran fairly well, the keyboard/mouse felt pretty good, and assuming you have your login credentials with you, you can get into your games pretty quickly. If the microphone/headphones issue was fixed then it would easily be 4 or 5 stars.

My PUBG account was banned after I played for 10 min on their PC. When I came to the administrator they said they don’t know anything and it never happened before (the did not care much about my concern) However, here in reviews I can see that people were banned before so they might need to solve this issue somehow.Their headphones are not adjustable and were too big. Also, half of them don’t have microphones so we had to swap them.All setups are the same so you won’t be able to choose whichever fits you.Overall, I am disappointed with the experience and won’t come back. It would be nice to receive a refund as seems like I lost my PUBG account for using their PC.UPD: The ban was temporary and I got unbanned the next day. There was no reason provided for the bun from PUBG. However, I received my refund from the club and they were trying to help me. I hope it won’t happen again to other people, just be cautious.

Dirty equipment. Headset was smelling really bad... Policy says no smoking but inside was smelling like smoke. But games are cool to play and club it self is cool.

Pretty decent internet cafe with lots of seats within. Not much snack/food options though. Also, it’s prepaid so you have to go to the counter if your time’s running out to continue playing which can be slightly annoying (especially if youre sitting deep inside).All in all, still a nice place to have fun with your homies.
